We reserve the right to change our terms of sale without any prior notice.
 

Pricing 

Product Price is the price appearing on the site at the time of ordering. All prices are in EURO and
include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in VAT or abnormal changes
in foreign exchange mode or purchase prices.
 

Ordering

Order made by another person's name without his consent, or otherwise manipulate the order that causes Xclusive Design Nordic (xclusivt.se) suffer economic damage, police reported. We reserve our right to final sale. You must be
18 years old to shop at Xclusivt.se in other cases a legal guardian must give his written consent.
 

Payment
 

Credit Cards
Together with our partner Payson AB, we guarantee a safe and easy payment. To be able to shop with your VISA or MasterCard Payson requires that your card is enabled for 3D Secure (safety standard). When you will checkout click on the "PAY", then jumps to Payson's secure payment page, where you fill in all the card information and click "Pay".

Note that Xclusivt.se not save any data on your credit card.

 

Money Transfer with PayPal

We now offer you the opportunity to make a money transfer trough "PAYPAL", we guarantee a safe and easy payment. Xclusivt has a Paypal account: kund@xclusivt.se When you make a payment it is very important that you write your name and shippingaddress and also the product name. When Xclusivt received payment then we send you the goods. You Will receive an email with tracking number so you can trace your delivery.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING in the EU. All packages delivered by FedEx directly to your door. You must be present
to receive the goods. We deliver throughout EU. Shipping outside of EU, please contact Xclusivt.se through
e-mail for shipping details and pricing.
 

Delivery

You usually have your goods within 3-7 (non-holiday) days. Some products such as our Limited Editions bags can be supplied to take a little longer, you are always notified by email about the status of your shipment.

 

Any delay

If any product is delayed we will contact you on the email address you provided when ordering, so be sure that the
e-mail address you enter is correct so we can reach you.

 

Return policy

You always have 14 days money back from your receipt of your order. Always send us an email with the product code and your order number prior to returning your item. You are responsible for the goods when returning to us. The merchandise must be unused, undamaged and properly packed. Any overlap should be left on the product. You pay return shipping and account for transportation risk. We recommend that more expensive goods sent rekommended. We are unable to solve for return packages that are not fully franked, or sent by mail.
 

Complaints

If you wish to complain about a product that is defective or damaged, you should always send an email to us before you do this and tell us what is wrong with the product. You also specify the product code and order number. You are responsible for the goods when returning to us. Pack the product well and then send it to us. We recommend that the goods sent rekommended. We pay the return shipping.

IMPORTANT: Xclusivt Nordic Design (xclusivt.se) checks all bags very carefully, that they are in undamaged condition when sent to the customer. Fraudulent intent is notified to the police.

 

Bags and accessories from Valentino ®, Roberto Cavalli ®, Benetton ®, Ferré ®, Calvin Klein ®, Benetton ®, Sisley ®, Diesel ®, Fornarina ®, Versace ®, Made in Italy ® have only 7 days return policy


Exchange of goods is considered on a case by case basis if one of the following occurs:
* The bag arrive damaged, discolored, broken or otherwise defective.
* The bag have the wrong style, model, color or fabric

Request an Exchange Authorization within 7 days of receipt. If the item is equipped with a security tag / label ", the product is returned with this tag / label. You should contact Xclusivt on +46 8 281900 or kund@xclusivt.se for approval of your return before sending back your item.

All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, in original box and all paper labels (this includes warranties), parts and accessories "new and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks or stains on the bag.

Damaged or defective design bags

If you receive a damaged or defective design bag, contact our customer service immediately kund@xclusivt.se 
(Within 48 hours from delivery). Please enter your order number from your original confirmation e-mail and your
e-mail address and telephone number.
 

Transport damage

Is the package and / or the contents damaged when you receive it, the report it immediately to FedEx and contact us on email: kund@xclusivt.se
 

Privacy Policy

The customer then has the right to cancel its order without cost if the changes are not accepted. Also note that the pictures can never reproduce a product's actual appearance in both color and size.

Xclusive Design Nordic (xclusivt.se) is exempt from penalty and damages on the performance of the contract prevented, delayed or impeded by circumstances, such as war, government intervention, civil disturbances, limitations in energy, labor disturbance, prohibition, restriction, regulatory changes, failure to obtain consents, accidents, bad transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers - which Xclusive Design Nordic (xclusivt.se) could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of making the contract and whose consequences Xclusive Design Nordic (xclusivt.se) also failed to prevent or overcome.
 

Dispute
